Quilpie Heritage Inn - Experience outback hospitality and a slice of history
The Quilpie Heritage Inn, formerly known as the Quilpie Hotel is located in the main street of Quilpie, a town in south west Queensland. The building dates back to 1926 and was built by local identity Jimmy Corones.  In the past it has often referred to as 'The Brick'.
The Quilpie Heritage Inn has been renovated in the style the hotel was built in and offers guests modern conveniences. The ensuited rooms have been refitted with new furniture and décor and all are airconditioned.
The Quilpie Heritage Inn has an historical lounge area where guests can relax and watch TV and enjoy complementary tea and coffee.  There are wonderful views from the verandah on the second floor, why not check out the  spectacular western sunset? We now have our liquor licence and our new Heritage Bar is stocked!  Come and enjoy a quiet drink while watching the sunset.  Our evening meals are a banquet of dishes selected from the local recipe book  "Quilpie Cuisine" Meals are available for guests on weekdays only. The cost is $22.50 and includes dessert. Frozen meals are available for guest staying on weekends.

In addition the Quilpie Heritage Inn is the local booking agent for Queensland Rail and regional airline Skytrans. Guests travelling by rail can enjoy the refurbished lounge area prior to departure.  If you need a lift to the airport we can arrange this for you too!
